Students. If Scape Glebe’s an U18 approved building, no non-students are allowed. Couples (students) need to be subjected to room availability.

The main cohort of students in our assets are 18-25 years old. If you have someone who is not within this key group to book Scape Glebe, we want to make sure they fit within the resident community hence more information about the person needs to be submitted for approval.
