All you need to do is choose the same apartment number during the booking process. Please note, this is subject to availability – so it’s best to book early to secure your shared flat.
They want to make sure that you love living with them. Sometimes it takes a little while to adjust and get used to living with your flatmates. But if you don’t get along with your new flatmates, it may be possible to change apartments subject to availability.

For this, instead of paying the entire deposit amount, you must pay a certain fee (usually an annual contribution) to your bank or insurance company to obtain the rental deposit certificate, which you must submit to your landlord. In the event of a payment claim, this amount must then be paid to the beneficiary. The rental deposit insurance must be issued by a German bank or insurance company.
