FAQs

Absolutely! There is plenty of opportunity during the booking process to review and check through your arrangement and the contract relating to your accommodation. In fact, they urge you to keep checking and to be thorough!

Yes, their accommodation in each city is designed for full and part-time students only.

Definitely! Once you have completed the booking process online, make sure to get in touch with them directly to outline your preference and to let them know who you want to room with. Their aim when placing people together is always to match like minded people – considering your university, course, and age as well as any other special requests.

Their apartments are built to be as inclusive and accessible as possible, with specific rooms and living arrangements designed to facilitate and support those with all manner of disabilities. They understand that finding the right accommodation can be daunting for those living with disabilities, so please get in touch so they can discuss your individual needs directly and make sure that all your needs are catered for.

Absolutely – university is a time for making new friends (and besides, they know you’ll want to show off your new home!). They do ask that those living in shared apartments or studios refrain from having more than one guest at any time, and that you keep overnight stays to a maximum of two nights per week. Visitors also need to sign in at reception and sign out when they leave, to assist them in the event of a fire evacuation. In addition, please note that their visitor policy can be amended at any time.
