  • AXO is a beautiful place to live in. The rooms are well designed and warm, the common area has a television and a pool table which never lets you get bored. There are shops to eat downstairs, right when you step out of the accommodation and even the tube station is 3 minutes away. The management team is great and overall the vibe of this accommodation is amazing.
  • I’m a second year student in university within london. AXO has been amazing so far with activities they hold and sorting out any issues I have. It’s situated in a great location with a train station near by and access to Sainsbury’s and other local amenities.
  • AXO New Cross is a very pleasant place to stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind and do their best to resolve any issues we may have with our rooms.
  • Met some great people, although more could be done regarding speed of maintenance and tighter communication and updates regarding maintenance that takes longer than expected.

Key risks or trade-offs

Noise on a busy road; some rooms described as smaller; some review notes mention maintenance/communication response times; pricing varies by type and may require verification for current availability.
