Can I switch if I don't like my room?

If other students cancel the room, or agree to exchange with you, you can contact the property management team of the apartment, and the staff will try their best to meet your needs. However, except for the different room types and different building areas, the configuration and facilities of each room are the same.

You need to log in to your apartment system account and set up your payment method, pay online or pay by credit card at the front desk of the apartment, or pay by bank transfer, but bank transfer is usually used in special cases (such as online payment difficulties/ payment failure, etc.), we prefer the first two payment methods. When you submit your reservation request, you can choose your payment method.

Your deposit will be refunded at the end of your lease. What kind of guarantor do I need to provide?

The guarantor needs to know about your occupancy and agree to your rent payment. If payment is delayed, the property will contact your guarantor. The guarantor must be at least 18 years old, have a full-time job, and have a fixed residence. Generally, the guarantor will be required to provide proof of residential address to verify identity.
