All parts of the application must be completed on the portal before arrival. Notice must be given on a working day (Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:30) for an out-of-hours arrival. The team will inform them of the move-in procedure if arriving outside working hours.
They should contact the site team via email, and the team will do their best to accommodate the move-in slot required.
For minor delays, there is no need to inform the team. If delayed for more than an hour, they should send an email or call the team.
The room includes a mattress, desk, desk chair, wardrobe, white goods, and a TV. Anything else required, such as bedding, kitchen utensils, or coat hangers, should be brought along.
Street parking around the building is free for three hours, with larger paid car parks nearby.
