You must complete all parts of your application on the portal before arrival. If arriving outside of working hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm), you need to provide notice, and the team will guide you on the move-in procedure.

The room includes a mattress, desk, desk chair, wardrobe, white goods, and a TV. You should bring bedding, kitchen utensils, coat hangers, and any personal items needed.
