Rooms are assigned on a first come, first served basis depending on your room type. We cannot guarantee views, floor numbers, closeness to elevators, etc.; however, if you have any special requests, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

For Summer 2023, the property provides the following depending on occupancy: A twin XL bed, a desk and chair, a dresser, a shared closet, mini-fridge, and microwave. Please note the property does not provide towels/linens, kitchenware or housekeeping. Outside furniture is prohibited in the residence to ensure fire safety and cleanliness of the rooms.
