AddressCork Street, The Liberties, Dublin 8, D08 P772

If you are starting your student life in Dublin and want a central base that does not feel like a budget afterthought, The Loom is worth putting at the top of your list. Opened in September 2021, it is Aparto Students' flagship Dublin building and one of the newer purpose-built student residences in the city.

The building sits on Cork Street in The Liberties, Dublin 8, one of the most historically rich and culturally active parts of the city. You are a short walk from NCAD and BIMM Dublin, and a quick bus or Luas ride from Trinity College Dublin, Griffith College, RCSI, and TU Dublin.

With 166 en suite rooms spread across three tiers, a rooftop terrace, cinema room, modern gym, and all-inclusive billing, The Loom is designed to make Dublin student life as straightforward as possible from day one.

Room Types

What's Included in Your Rent

All rooms at The Loom include fast WiFi, electricity, heating, water, and contents insurance in the weekly rent. There are no surprise bills at the end of the month. The building also gives all residents free access to Kooth, an anonymous mental well-being platform, which is a thoughtful addition for students moving away from home for the first time.
