If there is a room available, you may be able to extend your stay after you have checked in. Please speak to the accommodation team in the building to arrange an extension.

If you check in early, you may be able to collect your keys early if your room is ready; if not, you can relax in our common areas until your room is cleaned.

Room swapping is not allowed

If you have not yet picked up the keys, you can cancel your reservation within 7 days of signing the ALA agreement in writing or by sending an email to the apartment's email address. If you do so, you will receive a full refund of the amount you have paid so far. If you book a stay on or after August 1, 2025, your cooling-off period will be shortened to 48 hours. Once you have signed the ALA, paid the booking fee online, and the cooling-off period has expired, you agree to stay at the accommodation and are bound by the ALA terms, including full payment of the ALA fees (due according to the ALA terms). Except in rare cases, any subsequent cancellation request may require you to find a student approved by aparto to replace you. A management fee of 100 euros will be charged.

No smoking

You can check in as early as 4:00 PM on your arrival day. You must check out by 10:00 AM on your departure day. If you check in early, you may be able to collect your keys if your room is ready. If not, you can stay in our common areas until your room is cleaned. Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day. However, if you plan to arrive on the weekend or outside office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), it's best to call or email in advance. If reception is closed when you arrive, it's likely staff are assisting other residents. In this case, you should ring the doorbell and call security for assistance.
