I moved in Dec 2025, this is my review after 4 months of residency, this was not written for the receipt of any promotion: The apartment building is well maintained. The units are spacious and have thoughtful layouts include things like private balconies and full size bathtubs. The units (I toured several) feel refreshed with upgraded appliances including dishwashers and microwaves common areas are kept clean. The building is odor free and waste management is good. The building, as far as I'm aware, is pest free, and Greenwin preforms preventative treatments in Spring. I really appreciated that the entrance is key fob controlled and there is designated 24/7 on-site support. That really makes a difference. The neighbours I’ve met here have been warm and chatty, definitely a plus! Location-wise, the building is in a great spot. It is well within comfortable walking distance of Hamilton staples like the Farmers Market, Jackson Square, and Hess Village. Despite being so close to these locations, the building is tucked away among residential properties, which keeps it a surprisingly quiet place to live! The Greenwin Hamilton team is truly fantastic. From day one, the staff has been consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. I’ve been particularly impressed by the Supers, Ian and Chris; they are incredibly efficient, knowledgable, and friendly, and always leave me with solutions, solved problems, and great conversation. Dylan, the Leasing Agent is an absolute gem. Extremely personable, friendly, and willing to help. He took my considerations and preferences seriously, toured multiple apartments, and was very easy to communicate with. The Property Manager, Tanya, deserves special recognition for her exceptional leadership. She is incredibly approachable and personable, and leads with a genuine level of empathy. Even in complex situations, she seeks to understand the full picture before taking action. When she does step in, she does so with consideration for the resident, and a focus on cooperative solutions. She also delegates effectively; my requests and conserves have always been coordinated and quickly resolved. Finally, I have consistently been impressed by her responsiveness—I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than a couple hours for a phone or email response, and every concern or request is handled within the day. It is clear that Greenwin’s team prioritizes transparent communication and collaborative problem-solving, which makes a massive difference in the quality of daily life. Overall, a great place to live. I recommend warmly. :)
I want to give an absolutely stellar review to Tanya Castro and the entire office team who manage our building. They are truly outstanding, no matter the size of the request, they respond with incredible care, efficiency, and professionalism. Every single time I reach out, even for the smallest issue, Tanya and her team go above and beyond to help, ensuring everything runs smoothly and making me feel truly valued as a resident. I can’t recommend them highly enough, this team is a class act!☺️
Moved in on 1st of May and I can just be happy with responsiveness and organization of the management team. It seems that this building is managed seriously, and my experience with Tanya and with Chris is flawless.
On Monday I submitted a maintenance request through my Greenwin portal. 2 days later on Wednesday 'Kris' came to my unit and fixed the toilet. I am fully satisfied with his service. Thank you for the immediate repair !
I would like to leave a few words and a very positive review for Tanya Castro, the Property Administrator of the building. From my experience, Tanya has always been easy to reach, respectful, and willing to help. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, she responded in a timely manner and followed up until everything was sorted out. Since nobody can do it alone, I would also like to extend this positive feedback to the rest of the management team, who work together to keep the building running. Like any building, there are many things I wish were different. However, I know that managing a building is not an easy job. It comes with many challenges, and not every situation is under the management team's control. Thus, it's impossible to make everyone happy all the time. Still, from what I have seen, Tanya and her team work professionally and do their best to support the residents. That has been my experience so far, and I wanted to recognize it.
My honest review after 2 years of living in 160 Market street: Summary : This building is NOT a good choice, stay away from it! I started living in 160 Market on Fall 2023 when I just moved to the city. The approval process was OK and fast (+) but problems started soon. Being in downtown, this building is no exception and has roaches everywhere. My problem was the way building responded to the issue after I reported it( - - -). they came for pest control upon my request but obviously it would not work if you don't do it for the whole building or at least the whole floor ( I was in 18th floor). This happened 3 times and each time I urged the management to do it in proper way but no proper action and the issue remained all the time. And trust me, roaches ruin your life, even after when you move you will still be dealing with them. I spent quite some money on my own to seal and foam all the holes in my unit but it did not go anywhere. I heard from many other tenants they had the same issue. sooo frustrating. this building has only 2 elevators. one of them is most of the time out of service and under repair (- -). with all the rent tenants paying, this is not acceptable. also water shutdown happens very regularly which is annoying (- -). in 2 years I have never seen an attempt to make the indoor parking better (- -). not even a simple paint to the walls. only positive point there was assigning safety guards at night shifts (+). Staff were friendly (+) but unfortunately this is not enough for a comfortable stay when management is unwilling of spending some on community for positive change ( - - - -). With the same amount of rent you have better options in the city. so my suggestion is staying away from 160 Market street.
The management is useless. 2 or three times a month, there is water shutdown. One of Elevator is always out of service. Homeless roaming in the basement, stairway but management don't want to keep a security guard. This morning there was no hot water coming, called the office but no one to pick up the phone and give any useless explanation. In the parking lot every week glass is broken of the car but still management doesn't care. If there are good reviews over here please don't believe as the management had put a notice that first 15 good reviews will be awarded $20.00 Amazon gift cards. I have posted the picture of the notice. Management is total garbage and useless.
My parents just moved into an apartment under the management of Greenwin. I must say I had the best experience of dealing so much amazing people working here. Anar, Marta, Tanya all of them are such amazing and helpful people. From their voices on the phone you will know that they are extremely happy to help. I had visited a lot of buildings before my parents decided on this place. Greenwin has the Best people working out there. God bless you guys.
I live in an apartment, which is managed by this property management company, and I feel this management company is very good, with great improvements in hygiene, safety and humanization. When the key of my house was stolen, I informed their management staff, and they immediately changed the lock of my house and the new lock of my mailbox, which made me feel very safe, very assured and very efficient. Thank you very much for your help.
Constantly raising the rent but not doing anything to increase the tenants living experience, on the opposite, it even got worse. Always cockroaches and one of the 2elevators has been stopped running for 3 months, seems like they are not considering to reopen it. They used to give notifications about water shutdowns 2-3days ahead , and now there’s none. If you have just an extra bit of budget, such as 100-200more per months, go somewhere else. 20 Rebecca st has the similar price but way better facilities and managements than here. I chose here simply because they used to have lower prices among most of the choices, and now they loose the only advantage.
