Payments accepted via approved methods (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay). Transaction fees may apply.
Refund Policy:
Booking Fee: Non-refundable except if booking is canceled due to provider's unavailability or error.
Service Fee & Platform Fee: Refundable only in cases where Acolyte Living is unable to provide accommodation options as per the agreed criteria. Any such refund will be processed within 10–20 working days.
Accommodation Rent/Deposit: Subject to landlord's terms. Acolyte Living is not responsible for refunds.
Rewards are issued after the referred user completes the booking and minimum stay.
Self-referrals prohibited. Fraud results in disqualification.
We match lower prices found on competing student housing marketplaces if reported before booking.
Subject to landlord's lease terms and approval.
Acolyte Living is not liable to find replacement tenants. However, we can guide the student if required.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability will not exceed the total fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify Acolyte Living against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.
We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, internet outages).
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
We may also initiate proceedings in your country of residence if required.
