Plus, all the photos and videos on our website are verified. Select your ideal room at Parc Cité Montreal and click the Apply / Enquire button to get in touch with our dedicated rental consultants. They will arrange a viewing based on your preferred date and time.
Your official move-in date is the start date of your tenancy agreement. The check-in date and address are clearly stated in the rental contract, and we will also send out a reminder email nearer the time of check-in. It's suggested to check in during working hours, e.g., 9:00 and 17:00, as staff will be ready to welcome you without any delays. If you arrive outside working hours, don't panic! There'll be staff on duty at Parc Cité. Just mention it beforehand in the email.
The apartment is furnished with a bed, table and chairs in the bedroom area. The living room area is furnished with a sofa, dining table, chairs, coffee table. Kitchen equipment includes refrigerator, microwave. Although basic furniture is available, tenants need to prepare personal items such as bedding, pots and pans, and toiletries.
