Use of the parking space provided by the apartment will be paid monthly.
Due to differences in the lease, the due date and amount of rent shall be subject to the final contract.
No cancellations allowed. If you can't move in after signing, find a subtenant or fulfill the contract as agreed. Subletting may have additional fees determined by the apartment management.
No Pet
If the tenant renews the contract, the apartment requires that the tenant inform the apartment 60 days in advance by email. Some apartments will also ask about this proactively. The specific details depend on the apartment's procedures. If the tenant intends to renew the contract, he or she can communicate with the apartment in advance as the tenant.
The apartment currently does not allow early check-in. It depends on the reservation time and the start time of the lease (depending on the apartment)
The apartment does not support cancellation after the reservation or application is successful, especially after paying the deposit or signing the contract (depending on the apartment)
