Yes, the apartment offers a roommate matching system. If you don't have someone you want to live with, let the apartment match you! You will fill out a roommate matching form to let us know more about what kind of roommate you are looking for. The property then spends several weeks over the summer using this information to figure out which option is best for you.

Rent is always due on the 1st of each month. You can pay in advance (due August 1), semester installments (due August 1 and January 1) or in twelve equal installments (due August 1 plus each of the next 11 consecutive months) the first day of the month).
