Tenants are allowed to bring their own furniture, but the apartment will not be responsible for removing the furniture already provided. The apartment offers rentable storage units for \$25 per month. Alternatively, tenants can store their furniture on their own, but they must ensure the apartment is restored to its original condition when the lease ends.
We are pet-friendly, and even have a pet-washing station on our second floor. We require all residents to complete a pet screening through our third-party provider. They would require her to submit information relevant to the pet's size, breed, and records, and they would notify her if the pet is approved or not.
