Mandyville

Our 5-bedroom, 3-bath cottages in Mandyville are located right off of MLK Parkway, just minutes from Downtown Athens. The best feature of this property is definitely its location as it is only a mile from restaurants, bars, shops, and the UGA campus. In addition to including all of your major appliances these cottages also have an extra bonus room downstairs which is perfect for a game room or study area. Hardwood floors, large closets, front porches and back decks are also added amenities. Come live in our original and most famous community, Mandyville!
