The Retreat South

The Retreat South is a sister community to The Retreat and is located off of Lakeside Drive just minutes from the UGA Golf Course and the Ramsey Student Center. The Retreat South gives you the feeling of a student community with the privacy of having your own house! Outside of your very own cottage you will find expansive greenspace perfect for your pet. You will also find front and back porches and the community's sparkling pool right in your own back yard. In addition to all of the outside luxuries, you will find beautiful upgrades on the interior including hardwood floors, crown molding, over-sized windows and huge closets. No need to share bathrooms or bedrooms - there is plenty of space for everyone. Play, live, relax, Retreat!
