It is a cost to provide adminstrative serive to the residents or tenants.
The apartment requires partial buyer insurance for expensive rent purchases. For reasons such as house manufacturing or wall damage, the spouse guarantees you to provide compensation to the apartment or the management company. The specific requirements are subject to the apartment requirements. Some changes in the insurance coverage, area and weekend items.
Use of the parking space provided by the apartment will be paid monthly.

The apartment is used to manage residents' accounts, such as printing, payment processing, bank transaction fees and account maintenance and other green services, for sustainable development-related projects and environmental protection initiatives.
Due to differences in the lease, the due date and amount of rent shall be subject to the final contract.
No cancellations allowed. If you can't move in after signing, find a subtenant or fulfill the contract as agreed. Subletting may have additional fees determined by the apartment management.
Pet allowed
The community does not impose a specific deadline for submitting a renewal; residents may renew at their convenience, subject to availability. You can request to renew your lease by filling out the renewal request form. If you cannot find the form link in your email, please reach out to the leasing office for assistance. Lease renewals are approved and countersigned by management only after all required parties, including any guarantors, have completed their signatures.
Early move-in requests may be accommodated, but it's not guaranteed. The fee for early move-in is $350.
If a reimbursement is deemed during tenancy, it will be credited to your resident portal account. Security deposit reimbursements will be determined after move-out and sent to your forwarding address in the form of a check. International wire transfer options are available for international students.
The building has shared units and a process for roommate assignments. Roommates can match with each other on Roomsync, which is a roommate matching app. Roommates can also request each other by including roommates names on their rental application. To ensure roommates are placed together, at least one person in the group should list the other roommates on their application. If roommates are not listed or selected through Roomsync, Moontower will then place individuals together through pairing individuals with similar responses shared within their rental applications (i.e. age, area of study, pet preferences, floor preferences, etc.). Room and roommate assignments are typically sent out in June or July, closer to the move-in date. Reminder that roommate preferences are not 100% guaranteed, but Moontower does its best to meet everyone's requests. RoomSync invitation links are sent within 48 hours after leases have been countersigned and approved. Roommate placement reviews must be submitted through a specific form. The community sends out a link to review placements, and there is a deadline after which review requests are no longer accepted.
Room swapping between roommates is not permitted.
To end a lease early, tenants have the options of finding a reassignment for the remainder of the contract or paying the no-cause termination fee. One month reassignments are not allowed. Tenants will be responsible for finding someone to take over their lease. There is a $500 fee for lease reassignment. After reassignment, the new tenant will take over the contract completely. The new tenant will also have to pay an application fee of $99, an administration fee of $150, and a security deposit of $100. The no-cause termination option requires a 60 day written notice, in addition to a fee equal to the lesser of the total monthly installments for the remainder contract term, or the total monthly installments for a period of 6 months. The resident is also responsible for rent during the 60-day notice period.
No smoking
Residents must be fully vacated from units by the specified time and date established within the housing contract and community communications. Residents still in possession after the specified move-out timeframe will receive a violation charge and are required to immediately reach out to the office.
