The apartment requires partial buyer insurance for expensive rent purchases. For reasons such as house manufacturing or wall damage, the spouse guarantees you to provide compensation to the apartment or the management company. The specific requirements are subject to the apartment requirements. Some changes in the insurance coverage, area and weekend items.
According to the tenancy period, tenants who owned pets will be charged for the accommodation of pets
Use of the parking space provided by the apartment will be paid monthly.
Due to differences in the lease, the due date and amount of rent shall be subject to the final contract.
No cancellations allowed. If you can't move in after signing, find a subtenant or fulfill the contract as agreed. Subletting may have additional fees determined by the apartment management.

In previous years, the apartment complex offered early move-in options on August 8th and August 15th-19th, with the official move-in date being August 20th. The earliest move-in option incurred a $300 fee, with the fee decreasing by $50 for each subsequent day the move-in date was delayed. However, these move-in dates and fees may be subject to change; this information is provided for reference only. Specific early move-in options and details will be communicated closer to the tenant's lease start date.
The security deposit will be refunded after you move out.

If there are vacant rooms available in the apartment building, you can contact the front desk or send an email to request a room change. A room change fee will apply.
The lease can only be sublet, not terminated.
No smoking
Check in at the apartment during working hours.
The apartment does not charge a late check-out fee, but tenants must check out on or before the lease expiration date.
