Renewal Policy
As of right now, Yice can renew for at least a year and receive one month free. This offer is only valid for a limited time only. Also, because they are a current resident, they cannot sign a new lease only a renewal lease.
Early Move-in Policy
We can offer an early move in on 2025/8/7 for an early move in fee of $350.
Refund Policy
If you can't move in after signing, find a subtenant or fulfill the contract as agreed. Subletting may have additional fees determined by the apartment management.

Subletting Policy
We do not allow subletting, but reletting. The resident is responsible for finding someone to take over their lease & no concessions transfer to the replacement resident.
