Lease renewal typically begins in late September/ early October. Residents will receive renewal offers via email or the resident portal.

Early move ins will be offered on a limited basis and are never guaranteed.

We do not have a refund policy.

Room assignments and roommate matching are based off the roommate form in the application. All preferences will be considered, but are never guaranteed.

We do allow on site transfers from room to room & apartment to apartment. Please note all on site transfers do have a fee associated with them.

We allow reletting not subletting. The relet process requires that you find someone to take over your lease for the remainder of the term. There is a fee equal to one month's rent.

We do not have a lease termination policy.

Smoking inside the building is prohibited & can result in a fine of $300 if found smoking in the apartment.

Move in instructions & welcome home letters will be sent along with roommate information prior to move in day!

Move out instructions will be sent via email prior to the resident lease end date. All move outs need to be completed prior to 12pm on the day your lease ends.
