The apartment is furnished, with a bed, table and chairs in the bedroom area. The living room area is equipped with a sofa, dining table, chairs and coffee table. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and indoor washing machine and dryer. Although basic furniture is available, personal items such as bedding, pots and pans, and toiletries need to be prepared by the tenants themselves. Note: There is no ceiling light in the bedroom of the apartment.
