Yes, Luxe Belle is a pet-friendly community, which allow up to two pets per apartment, so bring your furry friends!

Is it possible to park?

Yes, the designated parking space in the parking garage requires an additional monthly fee. Bicycle racks are also provided in the parking lot.

Is there an on-site maintenance team at Luxe Bella?

There is an on-site maintenance team during office hours. Maintenance requests can be entered online on the apartment's resident portal 24 hours a day, or they can be requested by phone or in person during working hours. For non-life-threatening emergencies after get off work (such as no heating, no water, refrigerator not working), the maintenance team is available 24/7.

Do you have roommate matching services?

Yes, we have. Part of the application package is the roommate matching form that you need to fill out. This form will ask you questions about your social habits, study habits and preferences to help us match you with residents with similar preferences.

Can I request a specific roommate or unit?

Yes, you can list your favorite roommates on the roommate matching form when you apply. All roommates must list each other so that we can confirm that all requests are mutual. You can list your house type preference in the application, and we will do our best to arrange a house type that meets your requirements. All requests are processed sequentially before the date you sign the lease and are subject to availability.

Luxe Belle offers personal lease for residents convenience, which means you are responsible for your monthly rent and regular maintenance of the apartment. Unlike traditional joint leases, you are not responsible for any debts owed by your roommate. This means that if a roommate moves out early or misses payment, all other residents are not responsible for making up the difference. Very suitable for students studying at Ohio State University!

Rent installments are the rent you pay every month. The apartment does not distribute the rent proportionally, but collects the total rent from you during the lease term, which is divided into equal installments. Each rent installment is due on the 1st of each month.

Only 10 minutes walk away!

Here at Luxe Bellle Apartments, your rent including furniture, high-speed internet, water and garbage. Any other fees, such as parking fees, electricity fees and pet fees, will be charged separately.

Your utilities and electricity will be ready the day you move in. Each apartment will be measured according to your actual usage, and the apartment will split the bill for each roommate.
