We do not have a cancellation policy. If you cannot move in, please give us ample notice so we can work together to backfill your bedspace.

Each year residents will be given the chance to renew. The renewal deadline will be communicated via email after move in.
Early Move-in Policy
Please check with staff to see if Early Check-In is an option.
Refund Policy
All deposits will be refunded back at the end of the lease term.

We will assign units however, you are able to send us your room, floor, & bedroom preference!
Room Change Policy
Please submit your room change request in writing for approval.
