Cancellation Policy
Details
No cancellations allowed. If you can't move in after signing, find a subtenant or fulfill the contract as agreed. Reletting may have additional fees determined by the apartment management.

Subletting Policy
All tenants have the option of subleasing their beds. Tenants need to find another tenant to take over the lease term in their place. If subleasing may incur certain fees, the specific subleasing fee is subject to the actual reply of the apartment at the time of subleasing.
Termination Policy
Please be advised that the lease term is strictly governed by the dates specified in the contract. Early termination of the lease is not allowed under any circumstances.
