FAQs
We have all the unit types and floorplans available as part of the Dorm at Lucky program. With this program exact units and roommate assignments are not finalized until June or July. You can request a southern facing apartment as part of your unit preferences.
While it would not be a renewal lease perse we can typically extend the lease for the summer assuming we have the availability.
If you do not have a SSN then it is not required. A US guarantor is not required. We allow international guarantors, as long as they are over 18 years old and have a valid email address that allows them to electronically sign the lease agreement.
