What does the rent include?

Including cable television, internet, water, garbage disposal, sewage disposal. Not included

Does the room have its own washer dryer?

Yes, each suite has its own washer dryer

What public facilities are there?

The apartment is equipped with two elevators, a 24-hour gym, a small theater, a swimming pool on the top floor, a rooftop, a sunbathing area, a barbecue area, bicycle storage, and an underground garage

Can I rent a room for only one person?

It is also possible, the apartment not only provides a whole set of rental, but also can rent a room or a bed in a double room for a single person

If a person rents a room, is the contract separate?

Yes, individual leases are separate rental contracts that are not affected by changes in roommates

Can I check out if I don't rent it during the lease period?

If you do not rent during the contract period, you cannot check out directly. The apartment is allowed to be sublet, and there will be a handling fee of 300 knives for subletting.

Do tenants need insurance?

Tenants need to purchase their own insurance and provide it to the apartment before moving in.
