It is recommended to renew the lease as soon as possible, subject to availability.
Early Move-in Policy
No early check-in.
Refund Policy
Cancellations are allowed before the deadline, which varies by season. Requests submitted or postmarked after the deadline or through an unauthorized method will not be eligible for a refund.
Room Assignment Policy
Rooms are assigned on a first come, first served basis depending on your room type. We cannot guarantee views, floor numbers, closeness to elevators, etc. however, if you have any special request please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
Room Change Policy
After move-in, room changes can be requested based on availability.
Subletting Policy
Subleasing and lease assignments are not permitted.
Termination Policy
Early termination of the lease is not allowed.
Smoking Policy
No smoking allowed.
Check-in Guide
You will receive an email with details from the Student Life department at least two weeks prior to check-in. You will need to show a valid photo ID at check-in. An approved government-issued photo ID can be either a driver’s license or other state-issued ID. Non-US persons can present a passport.
