Cancellation Policy
Details
Prior to signing the lease, applications may be cancelled but payments made are forfeit. If a lease is signed, they are responsible for the rent until a new renter is found.

Refund Policy
If you can't move in after signing, find a subtenant or fulfill the contract as agreed. Subletting may have additional fees determined by the apartment management.

Room Change Policy
Transfers within your lease terms are permitted but require a new application, account, updated documents, etc. as well as a $500 transfer fee.
Subletting Policy
Subletting is permitted but done through the resident. For the property, the apartment and lease remains in the prior resident's name and under his responsibility.
Termination Policy
Lease breaks are a $500 fee, cost of re-rental but ONLY after a new renter is found. If a new renter is not found, we will continue to charge for rent. Fees are only applied after the room is re-rented and your lease ends early.
