Eleanor employs on-call maintenance personnel and 24-hour emergency maintenance personnel. We also have a team of highly qualified management professionals ready to help residents with any issues they may have with their apartments near the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, and U-Sciences.
Eleanor offers on-street parking only.
All our apartments are furnished with a sofa, 2 coffee tables and 3 stools. The furnished option starts at an additional $50.00 per month and includes a full size bed, dresser, desk and chair.
Yes. Residents must meet minimum income and credit requirements to ensure financial obligations are met. If the applicant does not meet our requirements, we require a qualified guarantor to co-sign the lease. We also screen for background and criminality.
Monthly installments include apartment features. The $75.00 utility bill includes electricity, water, internet, and unlimited use of our laundry room.
