Yes, we have 75 cameras throughout the property, and security monitors the cameras from their post at the front desk 24 hours a day.

Our apartments are on floors 3-18, so we have no basement level apartments.

You can pay the rent through the Yixiang APP. It can be done with one click in the APP, and the account will be credited within 1-2 working days. There is no full transfer fee, and no foreign exchange quota is occupied.

The apartment is furnished with a bed, table and chairs in the bedroom area. The living room area is furnished with a sofa, dining table, chairs, coffee table. Kitchen features include refrigerator, gas stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer. Although basic furniture is available, tenants need to prepare personal items such as bedding, pots and pans, and toiletries.
