We have current vacancy so we can offer certain floorplans to move in between May-July and we may be able to offer August early move ins but those will all depend on the floorplan and the current residents move out plan. Please send over information if you have specific interest and we can let you know if we are able to make their requested move in date work!

Security Deposit refunds will be issued within 30 days of students lease end dates. Refunds are sent as a physical check and can only be sent to a US address.

Room assignments for the year are announced in April for any August move in

If students want to change floor plans before their leases begin, they are welcome to do so at anytime before the lease start date. If students want to transfer units during the year, a $300 transfer fee will be assessed

We do not allow re-letting, must re-assign. If re-letting, the rent will remain the same. It depends on whether they have a roommate. If they have a roommate, they need to find someone of the same gender. If there is no roommate, it can be either male or female. Reassignment fee is 85% of the monthly rent: The reassignment fee is 85% of the 1 month rent price that the resident needs to pay. The tenant needs to pay the application fee and management fee; the original tenant will not refund the application fee and management fee. The tenant signs the contract signed by the original tenant for the price, lease period, including discounts.
