What Is A Guarantor? What Does The Guarantor Agree To?

A guarantor is a person who will co-sign an apartment lease with the tenant that will be occupying the apartment. A Guarantor guarantees to pay the rent if the tenant fails to do so. The guarantor is usually a parent, family member, or close friend who is willing to be legally responsible for the rental apartment. Your guarantor is only financially responsible for the rent if there is a default in payment.

27 North Off Campus Student Housing offers roommate matching as a convenience to residents. All residents fill out a standard roommate matching form. You will also be invited to access Room Sync which is an app you can use to meet and match with other individuals who will live in the building. Unfortunately, roommate compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
