800 South

Elevate Student Living is an off-campus student housing apartment community consisting of four unique properties located in Springfield, MO, and steps away from MSU. The four properties that make up Elevate Student Living are 800 South, Deep Elm, The Jefferson, and The Q’ube. All four communities are just a two-minute drive from Downtown Springfield and close to shopping and restaurants. We are also located on the Bear Line (Orange West Line) for convenient travel around the city.
