Apartments are generally not allowed to move in early. After the last batch of students moved out, the apartment needs to be cleaned uniformly

Yes: Each bedroom will have a bed, table and chair. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, chairs and coffee table. The kitchen is fully equipped with energy-efficient appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, washing machine and dryer

Of course, the apartment provides individual lease. An individual lease means that each person is only responsible for their own bedroom and some common areas, unlike many joint leases signed for apartments or rental homes. If your roommate transfers to another school or moves to a different apartment for some reason, you don't have to worry about paying their share of the rent. If there is no roommate, the apartment will be automatically assigned. You need to fill in the roommate matching form of the apartment. If you have special needs, you need to tell the applicant teacher in advance to help the note to be sent to the apartment. Studio is similar to 1B1B, the biggest difference is the living room, the price is relatively cheaper than 1B1B.
