Subletting Policy

To avoid the negative impact of not fulfilling a contract, you have the option of locating a replacement resident to re-let your bedroom and fulfill the obligations of your lease for the remainder of its term. It is YOUR responsibility to locate the replacement resident. You should use any means within your power to advertise your room(s). You should begin the search for a re-let as soon as you realize you need to vacate the apartment. Please notify the leasing office that you are seeking a re-let immediately. This means the original resident is responsible for and will need to pay a $350 re-let fee before the re-let process can even begin. In addition, the original resident is required to reimburse the property for any rental discounts, concessions, credits, reduced fee’s, etc. that were received during your signing process or throughout the time of your lease occupancy with us.
