The apartment requires partial buyer insurance for expensive rent purchases. For reasons such as house manufacturing or wall damage, the spouse guarantees you to provide compensation to the apartment or the management company. The specific requirements are subject to the apartment requirements. Some changes in the insurance coverage, area and weekend items.
Acolyte Living collects the service fee for non-partnered properties instead of landlords or property owners.
Use of the parking space provided by the apartment will be paid monthly.
Paid with the first instalment of rent

Due to differences in the lease, the due date and amount of rent shall be subject to the final contract.
There is not a way to cancel their lease early, they will be financially responsible for their lease until July 31st unless they are able to secure a re-let or sublease for their unit.

We do offer early move-in at $30 per month, pending waitlist approval.There are 2 options: 1. Wait for the room to be cleaned and move in 2. Clean the room yourself

A resident can sublease/re-let their unit at any time. When subleasing, the resident remains as the account holder and they remain financially responsible as well as responsible for any damage incurred during the subleasing term, until the end of their lease term. The resident will have to provide us with the sublease's information and pay a $200 fee. When a resident re-lets their account, the re-let will have to apply and qualify like any other resident would. The original resident will pay the $300 re-let fee, and the re-let will be responsible for the $200 application and admin fee if applicable. Once the re-let is moved out of the system, the original resident is no longer responsible and will have their deposit check mailed back. Please note that all re-lets and subleases must be approved by management first. Both Subleases and re-let will accept the unit as is.
