How do I request room maintenance?

Maintenance requests can only be submitted once the resident has moved in, they won't be able to submit requests prior to their move-in date. However, here are the steps to do so: My Apartment>Maintenance>Request Maintenance or there is a quick link to request maintenance located on the Home tab in the Resident Portal. Once in the Request Maintenance tab, they'll be able to add a description and provide pictures of the issue they're experiencing.
