If a tenant wants to relet, the tenant will need to find their own relet and then let the property know. Their relet would then need to apply with the property and qualify their lease, same as the original tenant did when they signed. Once that is complete, the original lease holder will pay a $300 transfer fee to transfer the lease into the new person's name.
We do not offer any termination. We offer an option called reletting. During this process, the resident will be required to find someone to take over the remainder of their lease. That person will fill out an application and will need to also qualify. Once all parties have qualified and signed the proper paperwork the relet will take over the remainder of the lease.

Check-in appointment process 1. Check the email sent by the apartment The apartment will generally send tenants an email with notes before check-in 1-2 weeks before check-in, which we collectively call the welcome letter. About moving Before moving furniture into the apartment, please remember to send an email to the apartment to reserve the elevator for moving. Moving Insurance Most buildings require moving companies to show insurance when booking elevators. In New York, the insurance of moving companies is about $150 each time. Most apartments cannot help you receive the courier before check-in, so please calculate the time carefully to avoid the situation where no one accepts it and it is returned. Can I keep my luggage before arrival? The apartment cannot store any luggage before arrival. Can I move into the apartment if I have not paid the rent? The first installment of rent must be paid before the check-in day before I can move in. Can I move in early? No. The standard lease of the apartment has a fixed date and cannot be changed.
