Subletting Policy
If a tenant wants to relet, the tenant will need to find their own relet and then let the property know. Their relet would then need to apply with the property and qualify their lease, same as the original tenant did when they signed. Once that is complete, the original lease holder will pay a $300 transfer fee to transfer the lease into the new person's name.
Termination Policy
You cannot cancel directly. If you do not want to live here after signing the rental contract, you need to sublet.
