The apartment only supports the relet, not sublet. The relet process requires the tenant to contact the apartment by email after finding the tenant, informing them of their intention to relet, the time of reletting, and the name of the tenant, and then contacting the tenant for a regular application on the official website, which can ignore the fixed lease period on the official website. After submitting the application, the apartment will send a contract to the tenant, and after the tenant completes the contract, the subleaser, the tenant, and the apartment need to sign the contract through the relet agreement. In terms of sublet fees, if a tenant contacts the apartment to find a tenant, they will need to pay 85% of the monthly rent of the apartment as a sublet fee, and if the tenant is looking for a tenant on their own, the sublet fee will be reduced to $250.
