Applicants who will turn 18 by 08/15/2025 may sign the lease as the primary applicant. Students who will not turn 18 by the lease start date will need a legal adult to sign the lease for them. They will need to list the student as the 'Non-Leasing Occupant' on the application. Please note that if another party signs the lease as the primary, they will still be required to add a guarantor or utilize one of our other qualification methods.
Yes, all residents can stay during the holidays, there is no extra fee. The dinning hall will not be open during the holidays. We post the schedule for residents when the dinning hall gives them to us.
