Yes, you can act as your own guarantor in The Tower at Third. If your income exceeds three times the rent in instalments, you can act as your own guarantor.
The guarantor is required to sign the guarantee agreement within 10 days from the date of lease signing. If you have not reached the legal age for signing a contract, you will be required to sign a lease agreement and a guarantee agreement.
A separate lease is an individual lease agreement of Tower at Third UIUC in your name. You only need to be responsible for your own rent instalments and applicable water, electricity and parking fees. By signing a personal lease, you are only responsible for your rent instalments and lease terms, and not for any outstanding amounts owed by your roommates.
