Early Move-in Policy
Student apartments in the United States generally do not allow early check-in. This is because about 15 days during the two lease periods each year are used for unified cleaning and maintenance of the apartments. Unless the apartments can be cleaned up in advance, it is only known before the start date of the lease. It is recommended that students book a hotel that can be cancelled for free near the start date. If the apartments can be cleaned up by then, they can stay in the apartments. If not, just take a break at the hotel.
