Yes, you need to pay a deposit when signing the agreement of renting Pembroke Studios in Liverpool. Only in this way can any potential losses or debts be avoided.
The rent amount depends on the type of room you reserve at Pembroke Studios. En-suite requires a deposit of £150, and Studio requires a deposit of £200.
You can get the rent back only after the lease ends, and you check out. Cloud Student Homes will inspect the rooms. If any items in the room are damaged or lost, a portion of your deposit will be deducted. Total Property will return your deposit.
You need to ensure that your room is clean and tidy, with no garbage. And all the items need to be moved away. The room condition is the same as before you moved in. After the inspection, you only need to sign at the reception desk and then leave the Pembroke apartments Liverpool.
No items can be stored in the Pembroke Studios before you move in. Then you can arrange the store service. They can help you store your luggage and deliver it to the hotel.
