King Square Studios

Maisie and lily has been supportive throughout my tenancy at King Square Studio. Jake and Bridget are generous while having conversations and also in there work. Even the security staff is jolly, helpful and available 24/7.

I’ve had the pleasure of living here for the past six months, and I can confidently say that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional, the accommodation is consistently comfortable, well maintained, and perfectly conducive to both academic focus and personal relaxation A special appreciation goes to Big Moo and Lilly, whose professionalism, warmth, and unwavering commitment genuinely elevate this residence, they are consistently affable, approachable, and altruistic, always willing to assist with even the most trivial concerns, yet equally adept at resolving more intricate matters with admirable efficiency and composure, their proactive efforts in organising engaging events reflect remarkable initiative and a sincere desire to cultivate a vibrant, cohesive community atmosphere What stands out most is their authenticity and attentiveness, they go above and beyond in ways that feel neither perfunctory nor obligatory, but sincerely considerate and reassuring, their dedication is truly commendable, particularly in a student environment where support, inclusivity, and a sense of belonging are indispensable Overall, my tenure here has been seamless, gratifying, and profoundly positive, and I would highly recommend this accommodation to any prospective student seeking not merely a place to reside, but a supportive, welcoming, and genuinely uplifting community

I’ve been having such a lovely experience at King Square Studios, both in terms of the space itself and the team behind it. The studios are so beautifully planned, the layout makes the place so perfect for living alone, well maintained, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. And the monthly events they host are always honestly so thoughtfully put together. From the setup to the little details like the goodie bags, you could tell a lot of care and effort goes into planning everything. It’s rare to see events done with that level of intention. The team is the highlight for me, so warm, approachable, and genuinely kind. The make the whole experience feel even more personal. Overall, such a great environment with an amazing team. I’d definitely recommend both the property and any events they host.

Absolutely awful place to live. They charge the highest rent in Bristol but provide super rubbish service. Very slow on maintenance responses, and staff attitudes are extremely bad. They mentioned that the property changed management company, but they barely changed anything on their management except did some good-looking refurbishments in the receptions area. Can't even stay here for one more day, will move out by the end of this year and please, please, new students, look elsewhere!!!!!!!!

I'm having a very bad experience; my window has been broken since I arrived, and they've already opened my door twice without my consent. I don't feel safe in my room.
