For any extension or renewal of a lease, at least four (4) months' advance booking is required. For any inquiries regarding contract extensions or reservations, please visit the reception between 8 AM and 5 PM.

The apartment generally does not support early check-in. You need to ask about the apartment.

Pre-Check-in Cancellation policy: This policy applies to all bookings made through our website, directly, or via any third. party or booking platform. Residents may terminate this accommodation contract within fourteen (14) days of the booking confirmation date, provided that cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the checkin date. A penalty of AED 500 wilbe deducted as an administrative charge, and any amounts paid in advance, including the deposit, will be refunded after this deduction. n case of any dispute arising from this policy, the company's decision shall be final and binding. lf residents terminate this accommo dation contract after 14 days from the booking confirmation date, or within 24 hours prior to the checkin date, cancellation charges will apply, and the residents agree to pay the full amount for the total number ofdays or period stated in the accommodation contract or in the booking confrmation document, shall be paid as cancellation charges. Post Check-in Cancellation: During the stay in the Property, cancellation charges will apply and the residents agrees that full payment for the total number of days stated in the accommodation contract period shall be paid as cancellation charges. Post - Check in cancellation for Ep students during the package period: Any cancelation made after check-in will be considered as breach of contract which wil incur a penalty equivalent to one month's rent from the date of cancellation, and it will be deducted from the security deposit & the amount paid. Any balance after deduction will be refunded. ***EP students are not subject to this after they finish their EP packages.

Rooms are allocated strictly based on availability at the time of booking. While we try our best to consider preferences, we cannot confirm specific rooms or roommates in advance. Room swapping is not allowed

ESAW reserves the right to terminate the residency agreement at its sole discretion in any circumstance where the continuation of the tenancy is deemed contrary to the safety, order, wellbeing, or rights of other residents, staff, or the residential community at large.
