We may at our option cancel your reservation via email if: the information you provide as a part of the application & reservation process turns out to be false; and/or you fail to meet student status requirement; and/or signing the Residential Tenancy Agreement when required; and/or you fail to pay Advance Rent and Bond by the specified due dates. Once the Residential Tenancy Agreement is signed, the terms and conditions of the Tenancy Agreement will then apply and supersede any other conditions of cancellation policy you fail to meet student status requirement; and/or signing the Residential Tenancy Agreement when required; and/or you fail to pay Advance Rent and Bond by the specified due dates.
