Refund Policy
Greater than 14 days before the start date of your contract: Non-refundable: Application Fee of $55. Refundable: Security Deposit, Departure Cleaning Fee of $160 and two weeks of Occupancy Fees. Between 1 and 14 days before the start date of your contract: Cancellation Fee equivalent to two weeks of Occupancy fees. Non-refundable: Application Fee of $55. Refundable: Security Deposit, Departure Cleaning Fee of $160. On or after the start date of your contract: Cancellation Fee equivalent to two weeks of Occupancy fees. Non-refundable: Application Fee of $55 and Departure Clean Fee of $160. You are responsible for payment of the Occupancy Fees and your Security Deposit will be retained by UniLodge until a suitable replacement is secured.
